The Bachelor Plan will not secure staff and/or services for an event until a 50% deposit has been received. This deposit is refundable up to 7 days prior to event.
The remaining balance is due prior to the event start date.
A non-refundable $500 cancellation fee may be applied to VIP Room party cancellations.
We will do our best to send staff that conform to your requests, however due to availability issues of individual workers, possible conflicting schedules and unforeseen circumstances, we can not guarantee any specific staff member will work your event.
The customer agrees and understands that he is responsible for the behaviour of all invited guests and further, agrees to indemnify and hold The Bachelor Plan harmless in the event any claim is made against The Bachelor Plan, its directors, officers, agents, contractors or employees.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform all invited guests of security measures taken in The Bachelor Plan's VIP Room which may include, but are not limited to, security staff, metal detectors, manual inspections, closed circuit monitoring and ID checks.
The customer understands and agrees that The Bachelor Plan's services may be terminated by The Bachelor Plan, at any time, in the following circumstances in its absolute discretion, without any notice or reimbursement:
The customer hereby releases and forever discharges The Bachelor Plan of and from all manner of actions, causes of action, claims and demands whatsoever, under or in respect of this agreement.
No photography allowed at any time unless approval has been given by staff and management at start of event.
